The Highway Patrol reopened lanes of eastbound Highway 91 freeway in Riverside, CA after a cement truck overturned bringing traffic to a standstill. A Caltrans crew arrived shortly after to commence clean up the cement spill. An Allianz 4000 mechanical sweeper managed the task. Caltrans has depended on the Allianz 4000 for quite some time as the street sweeper of choice.
